How do I get a refund?

We handle all refund requests through our Live Help. We do not accept refund requests via e-mail for security reasons. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our Live Help.

I have not received my order. What is happening?

In the vast majority of cases, we are able to fulfill orders within an hour of ordering. However, sometimes we may be unable to fulfill your order right away. If this is the case, we shall contact you to inform you. You will give option to cancel your order and get a refund, or wait for us to have stock again.

How are refunds issued?

If your request for a refund is granted, we shall make a payment to your Paypal account within 2 hours of your successful request.
